Let's Ponder About:Sleep

Sleep.
An activity in which the mind may relax from the day to day grind.
A grind that only seems to be getting longer as each day transpires to the next.
Now,my goal here is not to persuade you to think that everything(including sleep) is an endless limbo.
I'm just saying, sleep doesn't seem to be as satisfying as it used to be.
Those who are awaken from the obnoxious alarm may understand my concern.
As I observe commercials(disgustingly) I notice that the advertisement agencies perspective of a good night sleep include the following:
A very attractive Burnett with a beautiful white smile
.Big,fluffy, white bed sheets that seem to glow by the morning's light
. 2 children (Usually a boy and a girl) frolicking upon the bed of their alluring mother for a mornings greeting
. And lastly, the  message of special offers on mattresses, fabric softeners, possibly coffees, ect.
The day they endorse one of these products with the reality of sleep(In which there is no hope), will be the day I may actually purchase one.No matter how absurd commercials perpetuate sleep, I still find myself in a small amount of awe by the (even smaller) chance that I could actually have such a restful night. Instead of a libidinous woman, I'm given the horrible screech of an alarm clock. Instead of a soft comfy bed with sheets crafted by angels, I'm given the traumatic rush out the door.In conclusion, sleep has become an event I look more and more forward to each day, in the hopes that I could possibly have the commercialized night rest...maybe thats the reason time seems to be going by so fast.Till next time, heres something to ponder about.
